PRODUCTS

Reverse Osmosis:
Pre-engineered and custom built systems for tap, brackish and salt water. Applications include bottling plants, brackish borehole and dam water, residential and office potable water, private islands, luxury yachts, oil rigs, and commercial shipping. We are importers and distributors for the world renowned Sea Recovery Corporation® desalination systems (part of the Danfoss group™).

Filtration:
Sediment, chemical and organic removal systems, ranging from small 10 inch housings to large industrial plants. Applications include drinking water, hydroponics, livestock water, irrigation, and iron and tannin removal.

Ultrafiltration:
High quality 0.02 micron membrane filtration systems with high flow rate and very little reject water (95% recovery). This allows for the removal of turbidity, cysts, bacteria and most viruses. Systems range from small residential units to large pre-filtration systems for industrial RO plants. Applications include drinking water, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Water Softeners:
These are mainly used to combat hardness in municipal water supplies. They reduce the dissolved calcium and magnesium using ion-exchange resin systems. The resins are regenerated using salt. Various other ion-exchange systems are available for specific applications.

Ozone and Ultra Violet:
These disinfection systems kill bacteria and viruses, and can be used in conjunction with other water treatment systems. Ozone is also used to oxidize iron content for easier removal by filtration. It is slowly replacing the use of harmful chemicals such as chlorine in potable, food processing and swimming pool water treatment.

Pumps:
We are agents for Salmson™ industrial pumps. Their range includes horizontal and vertical multi-stage stainless steel pumps, circulating pumps, and multi-pump systems for industrial pressure boosting, residential developments and hotel/resort complexes. We also supply specialized pumps for RO applications from manufacturers such as Danfoss™, General Pumps™, and Cat Pumps.

Instrumentation and Control:
We supply the complete range of HM Digital® hand-held, panel mount and in-line meters, including TDS, pH, ORP, and RO controllers. We are also agents for Create industrial instrumentation and RO PLC controllers. In addition we supply flow meters, pressure gauges, level control systems, and custom built control panels with monitoring (SCADA) interface capabilities.

Sewage Treatment:
We supply eco friendly sewage treatment plants that use bio-reactor technology. These systems completely recycle the waste effluent, which can then be used for irrigation purposes, and thereby saving water.
