SERVICES > Membrane Cleaning

We offer a full reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane cleaning service at our workshop facility. The system has thermostatically controlled heating of the cleaning soloution and adjustable timers to give variable circulation and soaking times.

The flow rates can be adjusted to include 2.5” to 8” membrane elements. We use manufacturers guidlines for all procedures and our standard cleaning process is a three stage system with the first being an alkaline surfectant to break down and remove biofilm, colloidal debris and organic debris. The second stage is an Acid wash to remove iron, scale and other mineral deposits. Lastly the membrane is washed through with a sanitizing soloution and then sealed in air tight plastic to keep in the moisture for transport and/or storage.

We use only “Genesys” chemicals for our cleaning system and can also supply complete 3 stage cleaning kits for onsite and in place cleaning of your plant. We can also provide on site cleaning as a mobile service if required. Please contact us for more details and pricing.
